WULM's history in breif
WBLY
(WULM's predicessor)
WBLY (under the management of "Smilin Bob" Yountz and his son Ronald) had several formats over the years beginning with middle of the road, later classic country, classic hits mixed with talk and finally sports mixed with talk.
WBLY becomes WULM
The introduction of a 50s/60s/early 70s oldies format ran from 2003 to 2006 after its sports/talk format came to an end.

I was a part of that format from 2004 to 2006 doing voiceovers, commercials and liners .
WULM was purchased by Radio Maria in the spring of 2008
Rev. Eli Williams
Founder and president of Urban Light Ministries who purchased the former WBLY. Rev. Eli also produced a weekly soul gospel program on Sunday mornings on WULM.

Bob Pitsch
The man who gave me the opporitunity to re-enter the radio field as a freelancer. Bob and his wife Michelle are both active Catholics in the Springfield area.
